Whats the difference from a year round pillow £21.74 to a all seasons £40.49 same size,material and company?

wow.. that's interesting. I've never heard of that unless it's what they fill the pillow with or cover the pillow with that would be different for winter/year around or seasons. Mayb some ppl. just have pillows for certain seasons.
Did u e-mail the customer service & ask them?
as in duvets, some can be washed at 60c, some cant. this could make a difference in price. Also the casing could be different with the dearer one having a different thread count, making the material feel softer, thinner, more long lasting. most dearer pillows/duvets are also suitable for people with allergies also, so maybe your cheaper one isnt suitable for astmatics etc. Check that out.
couldhave something to do with the 'tog' ratings i.e. you can have a dubet that has 2 sheets of material in...one a light weight one a heavy weight. Together for winter they create a rating of say 14 TOG. Devide them apart and only use the light one and it is 4.5 TOG you have for summer nights. Use the 9.5 TOG heavy one for cooler nights.
Their FAQ's say this about duvets
4.5 TOG - Summer use
10.5 TOG - Autumn and Spring use or Winter in a very warm house
12 TOG - Winter in warmer houses
13.5 TOG - Winter use in cooler houses
15 TOG - Winter use in a cold environment
All Seasons - A combination of 10.5 tog and 4.5 tog duvets which can be used together or separately to provide ideal warmth for all seasons. The 2 duvets can be attached using the Velcro tabs.
So I assume there must be a two part combination inside the pillow. Best bet is to ASK them directly!! Call customer services or the order line and ask!
