Question:hey i want a room makeover.. some things i enjoy is fashion, magazines, fashion design and music anything u can help will be apperciated. fav colors: yellow light green pink and blue

I saw on a decorating TV show a long time ago that someone did decoupage with sewing patterns! Since they are made of tissue paper, it worked really well. You could try your hand at that on a small table, desk top, even some storage boxes! I love fashion designing too! You could see if your local department stores have any mannequins they don't need, they are pretty expensive to buy new, and have an ever-changing corner display too. What about some of those inexpensive Styrofoam wig heads? You could have 3 or 4 on a shelf with cute hats or rocker hair style wigs on them. Just have fun with it all! Use your imagination and step out side of the box! So many things have hidden uses, it's your time to discover!

lets start with the walls ok? now take every thing off the walls and think on what you want on each wall and then think of the color and move around some furiture to suit your way and make it new something wild and cool and remember it" going to be away before you change it again right Fredf
so out of those colors.. which would u say u like the most? I would pick that color for u'r walls. U could do them all the same or different hues of the same color on all 4 walls or 2 walls opposite ea. other. Then accent in 1 or 2 of the others.
How creative r u? Can u draw? Have a great idea... if u like fashion.. draw a clothing on the wall... jst on 1 wall.. like dress or jeans/top.. u can put the body in if u want or leave it w/o. If u put the body in... y not take a photo of u & mayb someone else close & go down to the copy place & tell them what u will b doing w/ it so they can copy it on paper that won't smear. Then get decopage or mod podge & cut out u'r face & put it on the top of the article of clothing.
U can go to thrift stores/vintage stores/ garage sales/ & pick up dresses/tops etc.. u can place them on u'r wall as design. U can also use the tops or pants & fold them over or hang them from u'r windows as a valance overlapping them. U could even use the clothing & make a pin up board for u'r notes/photos etc... Or make throw pillows or cushions to sit on. If u find a nice small sheer top, u could drape it over u'r lamp shade .. put beads here & there on u'r shade/valance/curtains/ pillows. use fringe.. funky yarn... Fu-fu & either hot glue it on u'r shades etc.. or if u'r putting it on material/pillows.. they make a glue jst for fabric at u'r craft store.
U could put music notes here & there or cd's. on u'r wall & put a peg thru to hang stuff on.. necklaces/ clothing.
If u were to put the clothing on the wall, y not draw a square around it like a frame in the opposite color or 1 of u'r accent colors to give it bit of pop.
Just look at things pretaining to fashion & think differently. If u found pix/prints of the old fashion design prints ..u could put them on u'r wall above u'r head of u'r bed either as decor or false head board. U could even decopage that on ur doors.. window shades. Better yet.. u could probably go 2 u'r library & have them copied ( again on special ink so they dont' smear) & either decopage' it on u'r wall or wood pieces & put it on the wall or shades etc
Be creative! have fun! Get a few of u'r close friends to help. It's always fun together.
