shermanwilliams.com has a great virtual rooms setup that you can import all of their colors into.

Paint is an odd thing because every batch will be slightly different. Also the paint in a can will look different when you put it on your wall. Generally speaking light colors get lighter and dark colors get darker. I install fireplaces for a living and when we have to paint an over the mantle wall we see this effect all the time. My best advise is to get something close to what you want and test it out in a small area. Remember it will never be perfect, but this will get it closer.
