CAN NOT PAINT!
Answers:
you could organize it. go threw it. umm get fabric and make her bed a wonderland. = ] hehe i love you mattcheeeeewww bear
Well basically you could get big tubs that are not tall but very long. I use these in my bedroom n they slide right under the bed. Just to organize. I also can not paint my walls so i use alot of fabrics on my windows and hang things from the ceiling.Helping any?
From watching HGTV they organize by separating things into three parts.
Cloths
1. Things you wore in the past year
2. Things you haven't wore in the past year (donation)
3. And Seasonal cloths,
(of course your gonna put away non-seasonal)
Books
1. Keep
2. Donations
3. Storage
As far as redecorating, pick three colors that she likes and let that become the color theme of the room. Make sure there is balance. For ex. light, dark and a neutral color. And if she has a particular interest, like bands or panda bears. Run with those colors and incorporate her interest with the color theme. I'm sure the rest you can run with. Good Luck.
Get the Space Bags. You can fit SO much stuff into those, and then they just slip right under the bed. You can also purchase hanging ones for her seasonal clothes, or one-time-use prom dresses. If you have an Organize-It near you, look it up in the phone book, and go there. The salespeople will help you decide what your teenage girl would want, use, and need. You will probabally have to get rid of some of their things, it's just all a part of cleaning up. Since you said you cannot paint, you can hang fabrics, or you can put some pictures and posters up on the wall. Black and white photos look really nice in bedrooms. Take her on her own little photo shoot in your backyard or something, and then get the photos printed/developed in black and white. Hang them up in black frames on her wall, and it will look very sheek and modern. The photo idea can go on ANY wall. I hope I was of help!

Being an apartment dweller myself, I suggest hiking her bed up as high as possible.
*I already have a tall bed, but there are things out there made for the purpose of making your bed higher for storage. Also, I suggest an extra bed skirt to mask the added inches--one under the matress and one under the box spring.
*Then buy the 10-15 gallon plastic storage containers (like $3.00 from Wal-Mart) and fill them. I have one for t-shirts, one for shorts, one for out-of-season clothing/shoes, one for pictures and crafts, books/magazines etc. You can fit about 6 total under the bed and they slide out from underneath for easy access.
*Also, as far as the closet is concerned: I once added an extra clothing rod to my closet by buying a shower curtain rod and placing it directly below the existing rod (about half way down). I suggest hanging heavier clothing on the existing rod, though, because the shower curtain rod tends to bow without support. It is a good solution for a girl who needs a little added space though.
I don't know what kind of style your daughter has, but personally I like to use unconventional objects as decoration.
*I'm into ventage. Some of my favorite decorations include: old magazine clippings that I've put into frames (then either hung on the wall or placed on my bookshelf/desk), fancy costume jewelry hung on a fabric-backed bulletin board above my dresser, cheap fabric swatches in gold, teal and black hung as curtains (from cheap tension rods), a house plant (natural greens make a place look more "homey", a golden beta fish in a fancy bowl...
*I suggest picking a color scheme--mine: gold, teal/green, and black--and watching stores for items that go with the theme. I've picked up some really cheap and very neat stuff over the last few months. Also, a can of spray paint can help make anything look wonderful again!
