Answers:
If you can afford it, it is a good idea to remove it. It may work itself out to the surface with time but is may also damage some nerves or blood vessels along the way and may cause some pain too.

leave it in? well thats up to you but i would reccomend a professional to look and take it out,, heard of tattoos and peircings but a nail? in the arm now thats a different form of art if you like..
You nut! You should have it removed, it could infect really bad! And you should not wait!
Of course you should have it removed.
You shouldn't be asking us-- you should have gone to the doctors. If you can't afford that you should have removed it and washed it with something antiseptic and put an antibacterial cream on it. After doing that you should watch for any signs of infection because you don't want to get blood poisoning. If you see some red lines running up your arm that is a sign of blood poisoning and it is very dangerous.
do you have a death wish or what? let us know if it hurts when you get gangrene.
