Titanic Themed Bedroom (With Clay Aiken Included)?
Question:Ok so I got some neat pictures of the Titanic to hang up, but if you know me I can't leave my Aiken posters down (What can I say, I love the guy!)...but anyways I'm gonna paint my room blue today...what else can I do after I paint it to make it more "Titanic?" Is there any kinds of rugs I could get or anything at an antique store? Feedback wanted ASAP :D THANKS!!
Answers:
Well I can't help you with including Clay Aiken but if you really want a titanic feel I think you are going in the right direction by painting the room blue and hanging up titanic pics.
You can also accessorize the room so that it looks like turn of the century. Watch the movie again and take note of the accessories/decorations in the staterooms there. Then try to find similiar looking items. For example, those old bowls and water pitchers they used to use to wash with before they had running water.
Lastly, all of the pictures don't have to be of the Titanic. You could have a big picture of a city skyline at night as viewed from the harbor.pics of the ocean...etc.
you could put up some round mirrors on the walls, the kind that look like the windows on a ship. Maybe put some of those little glow in the dark starts up on the ceiling, so it looks like you're outside at night.
Maybe you could add some Elvis on velvet pictures and have a theme of "legends gone bad". Thanks for the visual picture. I am lol!
First try to get some antique design for which you want to convert it into Rugs and contact me via email: info@tci.com.np, I can help you in rugs.
We are the manufacturer and exporter of Tibetan Rugs from Nepal. We can manufacture in any size to any design and color in very reasonable price.
