I would try Ikea located in Canton they have some really nice home furnishings and it is cheap. Be careful as you will go crazy in there and spend all of your money !

Check places like Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc. You'd be surprised what you can find either as is or just add a coat of paint. Also, check with furniture/home decor consignment shops. We have Value City down here in Cincinnati area, not sure you have them up there, but they are reasonably priced and have cute things...not high quality by any means but serviceable. Then of course you have Walmart, etc. Target has really cute things for decorating and some decent pricing on some furniture items. Good luck :o)
Try going to the Goodwill Industries if you have one near you. The stuff they take in, is often times just like new & the prices are reasonable too. You can furnish a whole house by shopping there. (curtains, rugs, wall pictures, furniture, dishes, tv's, etc) The stuff is clean & will help you get started for now.
