If I were to adopt would having a wood stove go against me? We?

Question:have on in our living room in our house and also a two dogs and a cat. They are child friendly though.

Answers:
I am not sure where you are living, but it is best to check your local adoption laws. You will have to set up a home study before you can adopt. The person who comes to do this will fill you in on the local regulations. I don't think the stove will go against you. If it does, our adoption system is in greater peril than I thought! Just think of all of the homes that have fireplaces and adopted children in them!!

My sister in law has six children and has a wood stove. :-})
I would go with a wood pellet stove.
Wood Stoves are great for when the power goes out, and you can cook on them if necessary. I grew up with them in my houses, just tell your kids to not touch them and train them properly. When they are older teach them about how to open and shut the flew so the house doesn't burn down.
