Decorating Bedroom Brightly?
Question:I currently have a red room, but I'm looking to mix it up a little bit and paint it. I've already had it navy, and purple. And I'm not much of a fan of pastels...I like bright in your face type of colors. Would hot pink walls with bright yellow and orange accents look good or too overwhelming?

I would do it in bright yellow on the walls with hot pink and orange accents. That way you could change out your accents to a different color. Yellow walls would be easier to go with another color then your hot pink or orange. Hot pink or orange will be harder to match and you will get tired of them before the yellow.
Be careful not to overdo it. Your room needs to have some serenity in it. If you want to do bright, in your face colors, use them as accents only. That way, when you turn the lights off at night, the room isn't still "lit up."!
well first of all get rid of the red paint!! dark colors make rooms look smaller and get a nice tan carpet and a light blue bed spread for starters -- NO DARK COLORS
I like those kinds of colors too!
I wear stuff like that all the time, so, personally, I would like it!
If I were you, I'd go for it! =]
