get a blacklight and hang it over a blacklight poster of your choice, pretty kool
There is a special paint that you can buy that only shows up with a blacklight. You can paint designs shapes etc. with it and it will only show when you have the blacklight on. Hope this helps!

For a party, have everyone wear black. When each guest arrives, have a bleach pen or tubes of white fabric paint and have them write their name or put a design on their t-shirt. It looks so cool in the dark with a blacklight! All you can see is the white designs on the shirts.
There are a variety of blk light posters and paints available. There are also laser beams that are different colored that show up well in blk light. A bubble machine with glow in the dark bubbles is an awesome experience.beware the bubbles that pop will stain. (A neat way to decorate if you like the look.)
