Dry paint on woodwork?

Question:I had my house painted before I bought it and the lady that painted it did a really crappy job about not getting it on my woodwork around my doors and windows... What kind of chemicle or substance can I use to get it off? Someone thought maybe lighter fluid?

Answers:
If the walls are flat latex and the woodwork a semi-gloss, I would take denatured alcohol or something like Goof Off/ Opps and gently wipe with a saturated rag. These solutions will soften latex paint with the flat (more porous) breaking down first.

Try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I used one to get paint off of wood and it worked great!
try a light pad with some water and a Mr Eraser works great to
If its emulsion paint it should just wipe of with water and soap with a bit of pressure. If its stuburn use a stanley knief blade to carefully scrape it off. Hope it helps xx
