How long does quick drying concrete take to dry?

It take approx. 24 hours to start curing, colorants maybe added, but make sure your make enough for the full job or your colors will be off. Remember that quick drying to usually more opt to crack I beleive. GL
concrete takes 2hrs to set to a hardend state. It takes atleast 24hrs for it to reach its hardest.

I would not add the powder as it would jus come out with black spots everywhere

Concrete/mortar will take months to reach it's full strength however after about 24 hours it should be fairly hard and after 4 or 5 days, the strength should be enough to stand up to normal punishment. but with quick dry I would tip toe on it to test/ Depends on how thick it is also.
btw concrete will start to reverse after 100 years and start to crumble, A lot of people don't know that )
quick drying concrete,is ordinary concrete with calcium chloride added to absorb the water in the concrete,it should cure in 24-48 hours depending on temperature and humidity the dye should be OK.
when you buy it if you havent already read the packet, i think that would be the best advice
special patching products dry very fast depending on manufacturer some are as fast as 1/2 hour.

It really depends on the cement you use, and where you are planning to put it. you have to put it on a flat surface, like a floor, but not a wall. There are special powders to add to cement powder, before you mix it with water. I've never used these, so I can't recomend them. However there are concrete stains, and those work very well. Ask your locally hardware store clerk, they would know the best stuff to use in your area.

As someone stated earlier, it depends on the volume. It also depends on climate. It will set amazingly quick in hotter temperatures. You can add hotter water to speed the set.
To insure adhesion, try applying bonding agent to old surfaces before your pour. Make sure you clean the old surface before application.
Most quick drying will set hard enough to walk on in about an hour or less curing is a different story, usually 24 plus.
As far as the dye goes, I`ve never used it, so any advice would be fruitless.
a lot depends on where and when the concrete was laid ...for instance if it has polythene membrane or not ..time of day and time of year etc ..you can ask for a retarder .to stop it going off ..you can ask for a flowing agent to be added..and colouring .and stranded reinforcing ..but you will struggle in England to get a rapid ready mixed concrete ..its too unstable and could go off in the truck ..but normal concrete with a 50mm slump will be able to be walked on in 2 to 3 hours in summer ..and about 6 in winter .. concrete continues to harden for years ..and is one of the few things that will set underwater
