I need to build a cabin or a building.?
Question:There is a patch of la in my property that I need a building in. My dad see's clients in my house. The problem with this is that there is a bunch of nois in the house. So I want to get a small biulding built. Just a small building with a bathroom, electricity and runnig water. One room. It is in the woods, near myhouse, on a slight hill. Before any rude comments, I am 13, my dad is the wooking person, and i thought I sould so him what he can do, it's HIS idea. Please eather give me ideas or website of how to hire somone to build it or a to do it yourself one.

I would suggest you take him to look at some of the small buildings and storage sheds at Home Depot or Lowes. They can be modified to accomodate a toilet, running water, electricity, heating and cooling, with the help of the good people here on DIY YA.
there are some snap together buildings by rubbermaid or similar companirs i have seen at sams and garden centers for storage and tools. you can even stand up in them and they have windows and several doors. what about a camping tiolet?
you can hook up a hose to a sink for water and run the power from the house for tv or cooling and heating. put in a small fridge and microwave and you are all set.
