Help me decorate this coffee table?
Question:i bought a small coffee table for only 3 dollars at a garage sale, its wooden and was a very ugly color but i just painted it white, i wanted to do a decorative boarder around the edges, i tried stencils but the paint just smeared and the letters didnt turn out, anyone have any ideas that i could use as a stamp, or something i could attach to make a cute boarder on my newly painted coffe table? anything helps! thanks

How about doing a border with family photos that are about the same size and go all the way around...get a piece of glass cut to fit the table top to protect the photos.
tile it with ceramic and then you can use a dremel to cut out stencil tiles for the words
go to Michael's or someplace that sells gold paint pens and write the words yourself.
Press flowers in a flower press from your garden. After they are dry and pressed, glue down. Make sure the greens and flowers grow up the legs of the table. Cover with polyurethane/varnish.
Use the gold to put words like, rose, violet, fern, and so on, on your table.
