HomeReserve.com Build Your Own Furniture...?

Question:I'm be getting my first apartment in a few months and a friend suggested HomeReserve.com for cheap (but decent), starter furniture. If anybody has any experience with it, can they tell me whether or not it would be a good idea/buy and why?
