What do you think is fair price for B&B room?

I like the first answer given, although it really depends very much on several things. There is no hard and fast rule, no standard, as each b & b has it's own flavor, own decor, etc, and fees can vary greatly.
For one, if your b&b room is unique, has a theme, and is not "just another hotel room" , then you will be able to get more for it. Other things to consider are whether you live in an area that has a lot of tourist appeal or not. Also, does your room have a good view, a fireplace, or other special amenities? A room with a private full bathroom is going to rent for more than a room where the bathroom is shared, or down the hallway. If you allow pets, charge more. If your room is non-smoking only you'll probably rent it out easier and be able to charge more than for a smokers room. Etc, etc, etc.. the better breakfast you offer, and the better room, and the better service, the more you can charge. And, very important is the service! People love to be pampered in a b & b. They like the special services, the really nice breakfast, a quiet atmosphere. They go there because they don't want to be in a simple hotel/motel room and have to go out to get breakfast.
I'd suggest going to http://www.bnbweb.com View various b n b's there, their rooms, and what they charge, what their amenities are, etc.
Best of success to you.
It really depends on where it is. I would say a good rule of thumb would be that it should be within 20% of the price of a regular hotel in the area.
