Carpenter question. how much would it cost to add on?

Question:how much would it cost to build a 12x12 room in an unfinished basement? the ceilings are 8'. i just need an approximite price for 3 walls...like sheetrock, lumber, wiring for 3-4 outlets, and probably insulation

Right at $1000 dollars. I just did a room that is 10x12.
