How do i transfer photograph images to a wall surface?

Question:A photo wall.
The interior wall surface is painted concrete. I want to create a collage of our family's images over the years, i thought that it would be cool to transfer the images to the wall (like staining the wall with old pictures) like a dry transfer, instead of putting frames or sticking them on.
