I have used kills to cover dark wood paneling, and would like to know how to glaze, or antique over it.?
Question:Instead of painting a color on the walls, I would like them to have a look similar to what white glazed cabinets have.
Answers:
then paint them white with either a satin or semi gloss paint from your local Lowe's. Then buy a crackle glaze apply it on top, once it cracks you apply antiqueing glaze over it which is just a brown glaze that fills in the cracks. Also, check out the painting book section at your local lowe's or search online for instructions that show pictures on doing it.

MAKE SURE YOU PAINT OVER THE KILZ PRIMER BEFORE YOU PUT THE GLAZE ON!

the primer starts to get chalky and powdery after abotu 30 days, and just putting glaze over it won't look as nice as if you paint over the primer then antique the painted surface.
Good luck.
get a good kit from home depot i used it before don't remember the name

Kilz is white. I actually used to have my Kilz pigmented to match the desired final color so that it would require less top coat. Many of the paint mixers act surprised but it can be pigmented (colored) and it does help.
So you have to put on a coat of color that you wish to be the base color (matching wood like oak, maple pine or something).
Then you can lightly brush on whats called "Pickle Wash" and get the effect you are looking for. Puckle wash is somewhere between a stain and a paint and should go on "streaky".The pickle wash layer should not be thick enough to cover and you should use a soft smooth cloth to remove the excess and give it that desired antique look.
This might help you, then again it might not be exactly what you are looking for so if you can, try it on a less than obvious area before going all out, and this will also allow you to develop skill with the process.
