How to Hang Paintings and Make them Straight?
Question:I'm having trouble hanging art. It's always crooked. Any tips on how to make it straight?

They have a special tool for you to do that. i'm not sure what it's called though so you might want to go to home depot and ask them

measure the ceiling and where you want to hang it..allow for the measurement width and length of the frame and use that maths we learned in 5th grde !
or a level and a buble or a piece of string and a weight will work..tape even lengths of string and a penny and hang it from the ceiling then use a ruler
Use two hooks or nails in the wall and a wire on the back of the picture. This will give you some flexibility and allow you to hang the picture straight every time.
measure from the floor up, put a small pencil mark at the height you want to hang the art and do this about 2" inches apart for about a foot or for the width of your painting use 2 nails or screws to secure your painting to the wall. Putting the nails close to the outer edge on either side of your painting
