I have a sleeper-sofa. It is so uncomfortable! What can I purchase to improve my discomfort?

Question:

Answers:
Buy a memory foam mattress topper. There are cheap ones at Walmart. Memory foam is not like regular foam toppers.
You can travel with it. You can put it on top of your sleeper sofa or the floor. They are really very comfortable!
Personally, egg crate foam toppers are sooo annoying! I put sheets over it & still could not sleep on those things.

I slep on a sleeper sofa for 4 years while I was rennovating my house and know how uncomfortable they can be! I got one of those egg crate foam mattress toppers and a very thick down comforter. Then I got those deep sided fitted sheets and "anchored" both of those to the sofa bed mattress. It was a little difficult to get the sofa bed to close up all of the way at first, but then as the down compressed the seat became more level.
I use to have a couch like yours and I purchased a Foam Mattress Cover from WalMart (cost about $10 for a Queen Size). This made it alot more comfortable..
those egg crate mattresses that you can buy at walmart work well to add comfort!
How about an air mattress. Target and Walmart always have them on sale. They are very comfortable and if you put it one the sleeper sofa, you won't be down on the floor. You can just deflate it and store it out of site when you are not using it.
