Dose anyone have any tips on recovering lamp shades.?

Question:I've tried to spary panit before. (PUT) The lamp put out less light when on due to the earth tone colors I like. Any tips would be helpful.

I would find some material that matches your decor, then your could just use a hot glue gun on the inside of the shade...and it could look like a brand new lamp..make sure it is a light material..otherwise you'll get the same problem
