What kinds of Baby Boy Bedroom Themes can ya'll think of?
Question:My husband and I just found out we are having a boy. We are so excited because we were really hoping for a boy. :) I was wanting to do something a little more creative for his room. Something more than the typical themes you see at walmart, target, etc. Do ya'll have any ideas? Does anyone know any good websites for themes?

the jungle...you can paint murals and animals on the walls and do the curtains and crib linens in the same theme. It will help the baby develope quicker (bright colors are good for babies) and its something that he will like for a long time!

the ole stand by, sports or one of choice, animals, forest theme. water theme, travel theme , super heros, and john deer is popular with farm boys, also for older guys sugest a book theme, science theme or cars. have fun involve the child if old enough!

Well,
first of all you should get solid color walls, not neccecarily (idk if that is spelled right) the baby blue. Maybe yellow, a light orange, or white with black-framed pictures look good.
Get wood furniture in white or black or a shade of wood. Light colors are best for babies.
Some themes: WITH A THEME- BE CAREFUL NOT TO GO OVERBOARD!
* actually, an old movie theme is really cute! LIke bugs life, or a favorite oldie.
*A time period theme. Maybe find old toys, like a vintage wagon or rocking horse. Find old toys like the old robots, or tops or plain building blocks. The good old fashioned before everything was plastic!

REMEMBER: Babies like contrasting colors, like black and white, or red and green, or blue and yellow, etc. HAve stripes or something. THey also like mirrors. Many different shaped mirrors on the walls would be cute!
