Bathfitter, Re Bath or Empire Today - Bath cover-up?

Question:I have been considering Bath Fitter or any of those companies that put a tub over the old tub. I have found alot of complaints, but is there anyone out there that is happy after years of having it installed? Were there ever any cracks and is there a warranty?
