How do I get dog urine stains out of wood flooring without replacing the wood?

Question:

Answers:
Removing dog urine from wood can be very difficult. I tried many products that didn't work. Then I stumbled upon a homemade recipe made with household ingredients and it works on most surfaces.

you cant all you could do is use bleach and re stain,if you sand ,the stain goes all the way thru the wood, experienced.
Getting rid of the stains before getting rid of the dog is a waste of time. Here's how to do it, get some TSP, Tri Sodium Phosphate at the home center and wash the spots with this solution and a scrub brush. It they stay, they have burned into finish and maybe even the wood itself. You can only fix this by sanding the surface with a drum or belt sander and 60 grit sandpaper which will remove the top surface and the stains, but then you have to sand to 120 grit and reapply finish which if you don't do the whole thing will look spotty.
if you do get a answer that works, I'd sure like to know. I've tried so many different things.with out any sucess yet.
