I want to get Track & Wire lighting for my house but i cant find any shops that sells these in london??

Question:want to get track and wire lighting for my house, basically 2 wires hangs just below the ceiling and a spotlight hangs between the 2 wires....any ideas what london shops sells these.need them urgent so i cant order off internet? and if anyone knows the price i would pay for these or price for installation?
