Decorating ideas for my bf's bday.?
Question:it's my bf's 25 bday party and im looking for not so expensive things to do for decorations. he's a huge rally fan and loves cars, and he loves extreme sports.i want sthg adult but cute and romantic that says look what i did for u. we've been together for 4 years. i was thinking of cutting pictures of cars and hang them from the roof, those sorts of things. anywho.hope someone can give me bright ideas. thanks for reading this.

For my boyfriends 24th birthday it was only me and him so I cooked him a casual dinner...and after we ate I took him to the living room which was filled with balloons! Two of his favorite colors...and in each balloon was something that I loved about him...he noisily popped each one and I could tell he was really enjoying himself...and then I gave him a present of a picture of him with his guitar that I had sketched.he loved it! Because he loves cars maybe do everything that I did except at the end tell him you are going to take him to a car show or something (it might need more planning but I think it would work) Maybe the balloons could have a cars theme? Just a few ideas! Hopefully it's what you were looking for!
If I were you I'd see if you could find the checkered flags they use or maybe (if there's enough room) have a "red carpet" kind of but have it be a race track. Good luck! hope everything turns out great!
Honestly that would be a very nice gesture.
But, coming from a guy, I don't think he would mind if he has decorations or not. Don't get me wrong, I bet he would be very appreciated just like I would. But its just like a thank you for all the trouble and thats it.
If I were you I would save that money from the decorations and buy him a nice shirt or tickets for you and him to one of his rallies. Make sure you ask him questions about it while you are there also. Make him feel that he knows it all, lol at least for one day.

Honestly, I am not crazy about the cutting cars out and hanging them from the ceiling idea.
Depending on when his bday is and how much time you have you can go to orientaltrading.com and find checkered flags like someone else suggested for a really cheap decor.
They probably have cars and other things too. The sell things in bulk, and it's really cheap. You could get a checkered tablecloth, go to the dollar store and get hotwheels to put on his cake, and also to use as balloon weights on the tables.
I would stick with one sport, either racing, snowboarding, or something else. Too many different ones and it'll look like you couldn't pull the idea together.
