Question:how do you take off eyeliner?
whenever i try it barley comes off. what can i use that will take it off?

You must use an eye makeup remover. Almay and Neutrogena each have one and they are fairly cheap. Baby oil works, too. Next, this belongs in the "beauty" column. I use Neutrogena if I wear eyeliner; but I normally don't.
cold cream is good for eye liner and eye makeup removal. try it.

Sephora (sephora.com) also makes a nice non -oily remover. Some removers are very oily and may aggravate your eyes or get them yucky (like baby oil); and you should not use if you wear contacts
I use makeup remover for eyes and lips by Jafra. I use a cotton ball and my eyeliner comes right off.
