Help With Room Designing?
Question:my family was going to hv a wall put up to divide a room upstairs, but the people who own my house (we're renting it) wont let us. curtains and those screen panels wouldnt work (the ceiling is slanted, its an attic room). what to do?

You can still use a curtain, but alter the curtain by making a slant and then attaching it to the ceiling.
You can also probably custom build a screen panel. Use a decent piece of wood, cut it to fit the angle, and make a thin box with it. Finish is by painting it, staining it, or even wrapping fabric around it.
It could be a fun family project on the weekend.
You could put a line of small hooks that screw in on the slanted ceiling piece, use curtains with gromets or tab tops to hang from the hooks. They also have heavy duty velcro you could attach to the ceiling wall and put the other side of the velcro along the top of the curtain.
Either way you'd have the re-hem the curtain to pit the actual shape from the ceiling to the floor if you didn't want it to drag on the floor, but that should be easy.

Hang a curtain with hooks. That would work great and be very inexpensive. good luck
