Where can I get granite countertop remnants for cheap in Orange County, CA?

Look in the yellow page for fabricators, they always have pieces out back, may not be all that cheap though.
I'm not in the OC. so I don't know. But I'm in the Long Beach area. And while I didn't get a granite counter top... Here's what I did and it may be info you can use too.
I wanted Marble.. a big slab to keep in my freezer that I could pull out when I wanted to work with pastry dough. I had a slab cut to fit. I went to a tombstone maker that I found in the yellow pages. He had several types of marble and granite. Mine was cut from a remnant.
