What is the best color(s) 4 my bedsheet?
Question:wAll = pink
bed = dark
theme = country or modern ? i dunno..what ya think?
Answers:
White. They match everything and look fresh and crisp regardless of your decor. They are easiest to keep clean in case of mishaps like spills, they are bleachable. Besides, they also have a spa-appeal about them, just something really cozy!
stay away from dark sheets -they tend to show dry skin flakes and other body matter well.
if you have pink walls, go for a modern theme..i'm not much of a country person, but i don't really think pink walls and a country theme would work.
Light blue would be nice. Or even a darker pink to compliment the walls. A brown would be a nice contrast.
black, black, black, and. black! It would give it a modern look.
If you go for a modern theme go with black sheets and if you go for a country theme go with brown sheets
country.. pink tinted white w/ dark pink plaid/checks that u can do u'r self. w/ 2-3" roller & glaze u draw u'r lines vertically then follow them w/ the roller. then draw u'r lines horiz. then follow w/ roller... It would look awsome! if u don't want to do all the room then pick jst one wall.. the wall u c when u walk in. Then paint the other walls lt pink next to the design then dark pink opposite.
Modern... u can paint alternating walls 2 shades of the pink..lt then dark then lt or u can paint the bttm 1/4 in dk pink then 1/2 in lt pink.. then top 1/4 in dark pink... Use a 3rd color as u'r accent color. Brown would go .. black... aqua... or then paint one or 2 skinny stripes thru the middle of top of middle to bttm of top color ... itwould give it a POP.. then use that for accents in u'r room w/ pillows...furniture... cushions... pin up boards. lamp.shades...curtains...
go to thrift stores /garagle sales or Walmart or Big Lots & look for items that have that coloring & put it in u'r rm..
They r both awsome themes...
Be creative & have Fun!
I would say country or modern depends on the bed and other furniture you have. Is there carpeting in the room? Try finding bed sheets that draw out the colors in the wood. If it is a light wood find the darkest color and match it, or if it is dark find the lightest color and match it. For example I have a Cherry Wood cabinet, it is dark but has a touch of gold in it, so I matched the walls to the gold. Good Luck
Country and I would go with a floral and gingham sheet set.Sounds like you have the colors going on.
