I just got a quote for having granite counters installed and in the quote it says that the recommend cleaning your granite counter with a mild soap and water. Do no use anything with ammonia or acid as it will strip your sealer and leave your counter prone to staining. Also Bed Bath and & Beyond and Linen's and Things sales granite counter top cleaner if you want to get fancy.

White spirit once a month.
there is granite cleaner that you can purchase at home depot, but it's not really necessary to use it daily if your counters are sealed properly.i just use regular lysol kitchen cleaner on my countertops because they are sealed really well...be sure to seal it once a year...the people who installed my counters provided me with my sealant but i sealed it myself...get it from them...
use any kind of liquid soap
You can just use warm soapy water to wash your granite counter top, just be sure not to use anything that may affect the sealant on top of it. Don't use any cleaner that may have an acidic chemical in it. If you are concerned you might ruin the sealant then I would suggest purchasing a specialist cleansing product from a hardware store or from a granite retailer.
