Question:Renovating my room, can you suggest color combinations..I wanna come home to a relaxing atmosphere :)

light peach fleshy tone has been found to be the most soothing.
green is a relaxing color to the eye, its a "cool" color, like blue
Light pink color plus purple dots
sky blue and white (like sky)..then put a blue dim light and change your bedsheets, blankets and pillows..buy sheets decorated with clouds any designs with white and blue (only) combination. Try this and whenever you enter your room, you'll have a heavenly atmosphere.
Well if your room is somewhat hot i suggest that you should cool colors like light blue or aqua blue with white or light shades of green,or olive green and pale yellow,but if yuo are a kikay one you can use light pink with violet and white with mathching wall painting flowers kung baga...anyway it depands on your personality..
relaxing...! ok, all greens and blues are relaxing color... more so if they have a dull tone and not so bright... if u like these colors then go 4 them... u can combine blue, green, and blue green like turquoise 2gether for an analogous color scheme if u wish...
but if u don't like these colors then use a warm color, but in this case to get the relaxing mode u're after, use one color only with different shades and tints and different intensities... let's say u like orange... use different degrees of orange in the room... lighter ones for large spaces like walls and darker and brighter ones for accessories and accents... and to avoid boredom use neutral like beige, brown, or white... and vary the textures and patterns you're using... for walls maybe, rugs, accessories, pillows... etc.

I think a light creamy yellow is very relaxing. Not bright yellow.
It is very comforting and cheery. Makes the room appear larger also. Accent with red. The room will pop!
