Answers:
You need to have a pillow form. Open up the fabric on a flat surface, and put the pillow form on the fabric. Holding it down in the middle, allow for about a 1/2 inch all the way around. Cut out the square (or rectangle). Then cut out a second one. Put the two right sides facing together so that you are looking at the wrong side of the fabrics. Sew around three sides on your machine. Turn it right side out. Make sure you poke out the corners (a pencil - eraser end into the points usually works for me). Put the pillow form inside. The fourth side you will have to hand sew for a nice finish with a blind stitch. Fold in about a 1/4 inch on both sides and hold together as you sew along.

with a needle
Its real easy they sell kits at Walmart. All you have to do is go to the pillow case section, there they will have all the parts you need. Now proceed to buy a few then open the packaging and then your done. Now wasn't that easy.
