Finishing a basement?
Question:About how much will it cost to finish a basement in Baltimore, MD? The house has been renovated already but the basement is only improved not finished. The basement has a nice full bath and a seperate room for laundry, hwh, and furnace. The rest of the basement is open. The foundation looks solid and it is not moist down there. I would just want walls put up and a bar(possibly a wet one), some carpet, and ceilings. The basement is about 500 square feet of space not including bathroom and other room. If anyone can give me a ball park figure or knows anyone in the Maryland area who does the work please let me know. Thanks
