What color should I paint my room?
Question:Well I have blue blinds and a dark purple comforter. I Love my comforter (it was very expencive) so it's not going to change and neither can my blinds. i was thinking some sort of cream color. what do you think?

Yellows and Oranges are the complementary colours for blue and purple. Greens will also look good with all the purple in your room.
To be safe you can use a cream or light beige (perhaps half or quarter strength paint?); but I would go with a more golden yellow (though be careful selecting yellows for walls because they often don't work out!) - I think you'll find the right yellow/orange will make your room feel warm and cheery.

Although I'm not a interior decorator, I would think kinda like a off white, egg shell color. You can go to Behr paint online and kinda match colors, it's really neat. Good luck.

I also have a dark purple duvet cover. Our walls are a cream/beige, but with a gold hue. Looks very good together.
i think a light purple..lavendar would look good it would make your room look bigger and make your comforter pop out
you could paint your room cream that would go with everything but a lilac color would also be pretty
