What is the best way to add stone to the existing block on my house?

Question:The cinderblocks have been painted and have a very smooth appearance. I want to replace this look by overlaying stone onto the block with mortar.

Answers:
You will need to use a faux stone, use cement over a metal lathe which is stone specific and stick them in place
