Any decorating ideas that would go with red couches?
Question:A family friend just gave me some red leather couches, which are great, but im having trouble with what would match. If you know of any home decorating websites that would be great!

Well, in my house we have red couches, and we painted the walls two toned, with the top above the white molding a nice leafy green, and the underneath of the white molding a nice blue. So with the red couches and a couple of red lamps and other accents of each color, it works out nicely.
Large print black and white photos would look great.
well, red usually gives off a lively feel or warmth. you can balance that out with some light colors, or complement it with some redwood/maple like color/design on walls or floors. not a good idea to do both tho, that might be too much.
if you're going to complement the red couch, you might want to use some dimmed lighting, maybe one where you can increase the light if you need it. I'm going to assume the room the couches are in have windows. Imagine sunlight coming into the rooms at an angle. what do you see? what would fit in the room and make it feel and look the way you want it to?

sage green white or black would look good or maybe white and black together...i would paint the walls white and by some black and white pillows for the couches with a black rug and just use your sense of style
I don't think you can beat black and white with red and I would use silver as an accent colour.
