Decorating a Child's Room?
Question:I am looking for ideas for decorating a child's room. The difficulty is that there are no real walls in the room! One entire wall is the doorway, and the other 3 walls are mostly windows. Because of this, too, any tall furniture or climbing is basically out of the question (bunk beds, high storage, etc.). The bedroom has a theme of rainbows; the entrance to the room is an archway, painted as a rainbow, and the curtains are also rainbow striped. I haven't found rainbow-colored bedding, but I may make it myself if necessary. Right now, there is low storage around 2 sides, and a bed on the third. The child is 4, but I'd like the room to last for several years. Any unique and interesting ideas?

well you said they room is rainbow theme right so maybe get a set of table and chairs to match or paint a rainbow from window to window with a pot of gold at the end
You can purchase poles that have hooks on them to hang stuffed animals up, maybe a couple of those with a little hammock between them for stuffed animals?
Another idea, since you have the "outdoor" rainbow theme is to put the glow in the dark stars, moons etc on the ceiling. You can get packets of those at most of the discovery/science type stores.
Hard to answer not knowing whether "the child" is a girl or a boy. Big difference. In any case, rainbows are a little tiresome and having numerous rainbows in one room is too, too much. A little boy? How about a nautical theme with sailboats or canoes, etc.? A little girl? How about colorful polka dots?
