I have a concrete patio, I want to extend it aound the corner of my house...?

Question:I need to put in about 4 feet wide by 8" tall and 2 feet long. What type of concrete do I need? Is there a mix in a bucket and pour, way to do it? Do I have to put down that mesh screen? Any help would be good thank you.

Answers:
ok you need to level the land, then look where the water will run off to . next build a frame using 2x 8 boards,i use pine
buy bag of ready mix, just add water , this is going to take two people, one to mix ,one to lay it ,then towel it level.
if i may suggest , you use mesh, it faster to lay down, and you really need it , you can walk on it after 24 hours, then remove the boards ,very gently

have you ever watched the home improvement shows like Holmes on homes and things like that? a lot of info on those programs on how to do this kind of stuff.
Very big project...consult DIY.com ..they give you time estimates and supplies lists..
if you dont know much about concrete then your project could turn out very bad in looks and what could happen if you dont use the proper form boards and stuff. i suggest you get a professional.
home depot website has step by step tutorials for these kind of projects, I was just looking at them the other day, think it was some where in "out door, living / garden center " area of site.
