Question:I'm moving out of my apt & we have marks on the wall, walls are whiteyellowish w/ scuff/black marks how to remove?

You know.....Usually when you live in an Apartment they have to paint the apt no matter what when you move out! Why dont you call them and tell them whats up. Dont give them your name or apartment number just incase they say no the walls need to be clean. If they say they are going to charge you for that.then just gently paint over the spots. Goto Home Depot and ask for Contractors paint. I think thats what its called. When they build and paint Apartments and home they use the exact same color. The "Contractors or Builders paint" is a color!!
Good Luck!

Add 3 tablespoons of trisodium phosphate (TSP) to a gallon of water. This will clean scuff marks or crayon marks from walls. TSP can be found in the paint department of a hardware store. Wear gloves while working with TSP. Do not use this solution on semi-gloss or gloss paint, or on wood surfaces. You can also take a pencil eraser and rub them off.
