You can make your own website for free at yahoo/geocities or tripod. I've used both and they are pretty easy to use. You can have a free name but it will include their names in the address. If you don't want to include their names you can buy a domain name at yahoo or godaddy or wherever. The free websites contain ads. If you don't want ads on your website you can pay a small monthly fee.

You should call 5 Web Design. When I started my business someone reccomended them to me. I dealt with their creative director, Adam. He walk me through the whole process and gave me several different options based on my budget. He also handled my logo and id package.

Hello,
If you are just wanting to build a website, then one of the free programs already suggested will do the trick. If, however, you are wanting to build a BUSINESS with this website, I think you will need to do what I did and take the step to join SBI. There are literally billions of websites out there, and most of them get little or no traffic. That is fine if you are just doing it for fun, but without visitors to your site, you aren't going to earn any income.

I joined SBI because I wanted to build a website that earns money. I had absolutely NO experience with this type of thing, but in only 6 months I already have a website of over 200 pages that is beginning to bring increasingly more visitors and a growing income each month. I'm still in shock - delightful shock, but shock nonetheless.

Economical? Most definitely! It cost me $299 for the whole year, and that included all the training, the tools, the software, webhosting, traffic building techniques, etc. I can't even begin to list all the benefits because I can't even understand half of them - ha ha. I have no doubt that they would have cost a small fortune to compile all these things on my own if I even knew how. The tools in this program are phenomenal, at least to a beginner like me. There is no way in this world I could have come so far so quickly without using this program. I guess you can tell, I love it, and am certainly biased. :)

Anyway, check out my site at http://www.chocolate-candy-mall.com... It is simple but ME. If you want a free tour of SBI to see what all they have to offer, just click on the Site Build It link at the bottom of any of my pages. Also, you could just click on my avatar and access the link from there.

To me, this is the best way to build a website, especially if you have never done it before. I wish you all the best for a very successful interior design business.
