How do I fix wood patio furniture which has dried out and split in places?

Clamp and glue using outdoor wood cement. Either fill splits with glue or plastic wood. Re- surface the wood with an outside varnish, stain whatever.

Of course it depends on how bad it is. There are wood repair plastic in cans that you just kinda paint on. Check with Home Depot or Lowes.

Sand it down. If there are big cracks replace the pieces. The seal it.
