How long does it take to build a floor when you build a big sky scraper?

Question:i wonder what is the standard of the building companies

Answers:
I would have to suspect there is porbably no standard so to speak,seeing as how for the most part all "skyscapers" are individuals.
The engineers and contractors probably deal more with "goals" in different phases of the building project.
I`m certain there are also monetary bonuses or penalties pertinent to the meeting of these goals.
