"Goodbye Ol' Paint"

yes
it can become "bad" over time

B.
Yes. If it's Latex paint, it contains natural ingredients which can break down over time. Granted, it takes a long long time is the can is sealed, and less time if it's been opened, but paint is usually good for more than just a couple years.
It can. But if it was stored properly where no air can get to it, it will last for years.
Yup all living things eventually get old and Die. Plants usually take a very long time to get old enough to die. but they age every tic of the clock just like us
Yes, absolutely.
I am assuming you are talking about un-used paint, still in the bucket.
Paint that is getting TOO old to use will smell bad, get really lumpy(not smooth when painted on the house), and will sometimes mold.

generally, if the paint has been sitting for more than 2-3 years, toss it out and buy new. if you are trying to match the color, take the old bucket to the paint store so that they can have a sample to match...
yes
It can, but I have started storing my left over paint inside the house instead of the garage or shed so it isn't exposed to extreme temperature changes and it stays good for years.
