Room Makeover Ideas?
Question:I am going to do a room makeover in my bed room, and I need some ideas.
I LOVE Audrey Hepburn, and I would like to incorporate her style into the room, I also have 2 posters of her that I would like to hang.
I need color ideas and any other advice you have.. please help!

When you think of Audrey Hepburn, what images come to mind? Think about those and go from there. For instance, for me, I think of pearls and hot pink. So, I would probably use black, white and hot pink. It may be different for you. Any bedding should probably be sleek and not overly decorated since her style was pretty classic. Look for some retro 60s lamps. If you could find an old seamstress mannequin, put a simple black dress on it and place it in a corner. Or maybe use an old hat rack with Hepburn inspired hats. Keep it fun, but classic, and not overdone. Hope this helps.
Just a thought.you could paint in an antique color...faded blue, dark cream white...and if your posters are in black and white you could have them copied to be sepia and frame them in antique frames (or simulations) very romantic, dreamy, etc. have fun!
