Tips on decorating a small apartment?
Question:Im in a one bedroom place, about 550ft and I need ideas about how to make it look nice without crowding the space.space saving ideas and what not. Thanks!

Make sure your furniture serves dual purpose. Get a storage ottoman or coffee table to store things that you dont use everyday like extra blankets and sheets. Buy smaller scale furniture that fits the space but does not take it over. Dont forget the storage space under your bed. Keep clutter to a minimum. Build up, tall book cases with storage baskets can hide all kinds of things yet look nice and organized.
Down size to 110 sq ft. of occupied floor space including bed and fridge. That is a great ration. Take a more minimalist approach, store or sell your junk, you would be surprised with how little you can be happy with. Lots of light, mirrors and only use one third of your wall space.
Organization. Store and organize all items and your apartment will seem much roomier. Don't clutter your apartment with unnecessary junk. Keep it simple but most importantly clean.
