Answers:
things that will help add relaxation to your room are quite simple. First you need to seperate relaxation from work. I recomend finding a way to seperate your computer desk from the rest of your room, save up and buy a partician or screen that you can put infront of the desk when its not being used. Plants <preferably real> will add to your room, candles, a water fountain <10$ at target> all help. Make sure you get rid of anything that is childish in nature, band posters things like that, put up pictures of nature, beaches, trees, sunsets, waves, oceans, things of that nature. Stick with the browns as much as possible as your main color and use the blue as your accent color. If you have a free corner in your room, get a bunch of blue and brown pillows, and a blanket, throw them all in the corner and use that as a place to read and relax, maybe have a small lap desk next to it where you can have a rock garden, candles, incense on it, if you do meditation that would be a good place for it as well. Get some relaxing music such as enya or meditation music and keep it low as a backdrop. For a real spa quality, get a humidifier.

pier one imports has more of a spa like relaxing kinda feeling to all of their stuff.pottery barn teens has nice things. find some stuff that works for u and u think ull enjoy. get some insense or popiuri
if u use the colors that r on that bed set.. go w/ the lighter shades of them so they r more soothing instead of w/ POP. add lots of plants.. real or fake. soft material for pillows/cushions... like microsuede or terrycloth. U can p/u clearance material at the fabric stores. U can cover exsisting pillows or get pillow forms.. They have STITCH WTICHEY for ironing if u can't sew.

candles... if u can invest some type of running water... that would b awsome..

ck out http://www.hgtv.com OR http://www.diynetwork.com for more ideas & they can show u how to make u'r own mini water feature.

B creative & have fun~
