Room Decrating?

Question:CAN SOME ONE PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE HOW TO DECRATING MY ROOM

Answers:
Well, I'll do my best to help you, even though I know so little about you. Most of the time, when I consult like this, I know more about the client I'm helping. It's important, since if you hate a country feel to a room, and I tell you let's do it all in gingham and chintzy flowers, you'll hate my answer. My goal if for you to love your space that we ReDesign...

The best way to design a room is to choose something that you really like that will be in the room. Here, we're talking about your bedroom. So what's your bedspread gonna be? Usually, the focus of a bedroom is the bed. It doesn't have to be, but if there isn't much space in your room for a reading or hanging out area, then the bed is pretty much your focus...

Choose your bedspread. Once you've decided on that, choose 1, 2 or 3 colors from there. Each room, to achieve complete color harmony, needs 3 colors to balance the room. 1 dominant color: the walls; 1 medium color: the trim, molding, etc.; 1 accent color: the decorative accents, such as lamps, rugs, curtains, cushions, etc. Keep in mind that black & white are NOT considered colors when talking about paint and decorating. White is the absence of all color (which is why it goes with every other color of the rainbow) and black is the mixture of all colors (which is why it goes with every color of the rainbow). Black is a necessity in every well-decorated room. Even if it's only a lamp, a cushion, a frame, a rug, a chair, etc., the black is needed to ground all of your color choices together.

Choose what your main color is going to be. You like blue and green... So let's look at that.

I know some people say that 'blue & green should never be seen except for in a washing machine'. Don't listen to them. Blue and green are refreshing together, especially if you're staying with light colors. Add a hint of yellow in there to spice it up, or lavender... that will calm it down and make it restful... or use raw linen beige to make it more sedate and restful. What about a nice lavender blue, with granny smith green apple, with just a tiny hint of fresh raspberry red... not much red... just a tiny hint.

Yes, your colors green and blue go well. If you like them, go with them! Life's too short to not enjoy color. If you wake in the morning and go to bed at night thinking you hate your room colors, even if everyone here told you that the colors were in style, if you hate them, they're no good... Make yourself happy. Oh... and blue and green are both great colors for a bedroom choice and are often used in design.

You should give more info like, What Room? (Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, ect.) What is already in the room? (Furniture, Floor, Colors, ect.)

Really can't help you without some more info!
It can become fun, if you go with a theme that is one of your favored choices. Try using something that inspires you most. If its music, there's a lot you can do with that. If its fashion go with that theme. Have fun with art pieces, color, and a fun space. Use your imagination. Try drawing out a square/s, of your room on paper, and add color/s to walls in that square. Draw your bed where you think it will look best, add your lamp, art, foot rug, etc, where you like it most. Keep changing your picture if you like, until you get the desired look. This will save you a lot of work. Then you can start with your project, and watch your room come to life. Enjoy!
