Look in your local paper in the classified section. Lots of times there will be a section called "Services Offered". You may find an upholsterer in that section.
You could also go to a fabric store or a used furniture shop and ask the salesperson.

Brenda sweetie, unless you are on the Forbe's list don't bother, simple fabric and labor is out of this world.
Just put upholstery and your town or city in Yahoo or google and start by asking there. Some will do both fabric and leather.
